if you wish membership to the kika kbma world bujutsu federation you must first be 
cleared and accepted by tbdk-masi in the usa
if you an existing member of kika kbma for america you should contact richard at your earliest convenience just to say hello if nothing else has he and his federation has the right to revoke your American membership SHOULD they feel you are no longer active
