INFORMATION ON SOKE GEORGE T. ROSS
I was born in HULL in 1946, and started my martial arts training in 1964 in the back streets of HULL. It was very difficult to find teachers of the martial arts in the 1960’s. In the early 1970’s I found a Chinese martial arts school and trained there for over 5 years until they closed down, over the years I tried many other clubs and federations, but I found Combat Ju-Jitsu and Combat Budo to be my favorite arts, so I started to travel all over the country to train with any Masters or high grade so that I could to further my knowledge. Over the years I earned black belt grades in various arts, I also did a lot of contact fighting to try out my arts I won a few medals and trophies, and received many an injury. After this I started cross training and got a lot of flack of the traditionalist martial arts masters, but in the modern world things have to move forward, and I started to mix all the arts i had learned and I found it to be a good all round self defence art, so I developed it further and wrote a syllabus for the art.

I joined the International Sungjar-Do Association and Grandmaster George Petrotta put my name and new style forward for a Soke award to the ISA Directors, after a few months I received my Soke award Certificate in Kagaku Michi Tekio Bujutsu, this in English means Scientific Street Applicable Martial Arts. The CMAA put my art forward to the ISHH for me to be recognized as a Youshiki Soke, I am now sponsered by the INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF HEAD FOUNDERS /HEAD FAMILIES and have been issued with my Menjos Certificates and Youshiki Soke
Certificate so I am now confirmed and recognized as 9th Dan by the ISHH. I have dedicated 40 years of my life to the martial arts and helping others, also I am a church trustee and like to do charity fund raising and help the under privileged when I can. I am also the head of many federations that I help and advise.

This year (2004) has been very demanding, I received a letter from GrandMaster John C. Kanzler/Soke congratulating me on my induction in to the 17th Annual 2004 U.S.A. International Black Belt Hall of Fame as International Grandmaster of the year, I am now a member of the E.U.S.A.I.M.A.A. and I was sent a very large wood and metal plaque plus membership and 9th Dan Certificate, also I received a Doctorate of Philosophy in Martial Arts from the National Dragon Council University of Asian Studies department of martial arts affairs. The American Bujutsu Council National Yudanshakai Recognized me as Grandmaster and founder of the Kagaku Michi Tekio Bujutsu, an awarded me life membership.

This year (2005) has started with a bang after a phone call from the CMAA UK president Andrew Morrell I was invited to become an associate director which I have  accepted with pride

ON 27TH FEB I RECEIVED A WORLD RATIFICATION CERTIFICATE FROM  THE WORLD GOVERNING BODY OF BUJUTSU

ON THE 22ND MAY  FRANK SCHNEIDER 10TH DAN VISITED THE KIKA KBMA WORLD HQ IN ENGLAND OF WHICH I AM WORLD VICE PRESIDENT FRANK HONORED ME WITH VARIOUS PRESTIGIOUS MARTIAL ARTS CERTIFICATIONS FROM THE W.S.C.S.O IN GERMANY AFTER
WITNESSING ME TEACHING MY SYSTEM ALONG SIDE HIM AND SOKE KACPERSKI I WAS VERY HONORED BY THIS AND AFTER TALKS WITH THE KIKA KBMA PRESIDENT  IT WAS AGREED THAT THE KIKA KBMA WORLD GB AND THE WTMAF GREAT BRITAIN  OF WHICH I AM PRESIDENT  WOULD BE WORKING VERY CLOSE WITH THE W.S.C.S.O GERMANY.
