PRODUCT INFORMATION |
1.
Tear across the width of the outer bag
near to the top (DO NOT remove the internal
white sachet).
2.
Insert unopened pouch or MRE food bag (up to 300g – 10.5oz)
into the outer bag making sure it sits on top
of the internal self-heater sachet.

3.
Pour 75ml / 2.5fl oz of water into the outer bag making sure
this goes onto the internal self-heater sachet
and does not
run back out of the open end.

4.
Keeping the rest of the outer bag in a horizontal position hold up the open end slightly and fold this over
about 4cm
(2 inches) hold down with tape, but do
not seal the end entirely.

5.
Wait
10/12 minutes (or a little longer if the food temperature is
below 10oC / 50ºF).
6.
Open
the outer bag and slide the food pouch out carefully (DO
NOT
remove the self-heater sachet).
7.
Open
the food pouch carefully and enjoy! (the food will now be at least 65oC /150ºF)

SAFETY INFORMATION
Handle carefully during use - Heater becomes very hot
and creates steam. Always
use on a heat-resistant surface.
Do not hold in
your hand or on your lap whilst heating.
Does not produce hydrogen.
