when you book
your first training lesson, we will include an extra 15/20 minutes
before starting your session, so we can discuss your aims/needs and
assess where you are at present, and the best course of action
for you to attain your personal goals, then we will take you
around the gym doing various exercises to find which one suits
you best and pick up on any faults etc; before working out
your personal training routine.
